The key differences are: Monthly Plan: Billed monthly with flexibility to cancel anytime, ideal for those wanting to test the service longer-term. Annual Plan: Billed once yearly with approximately 17% savings compared to monthly billing, best value for committed users, priority support response times. Both plans include unlimited signal access, Telegram community membership, educational resources, and 24/7 support.
Absolutely! You have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel anytime directly from your account dashboard under 'Manage Subscription'. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. For annual subscriptions, you'll keep access for the remainder of your paid year.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, particularly for technical issues or service disruptions on our end. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation. For annual subscriptions, refunds may be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the circumstances.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. To upgrade from monthly to annual, the change takes effect immediately, and you'll be charged the annual rate minus a pro-rated credit for your unused monthly time. To downgrade from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You can manage all plan changes directly from your account dashboard or contact support for assistance with the transition.
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry the charge after 3 days. You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment with instructions to update your payment method. You'll have 7 days to resolve the payment issue before your account is temporarily suspended. During this grace period, you'll retain limited access to view past signals but won't receive new ones. Once payment is successful, full access is immediately restored. Contact support if you need assistance resolving payment issues.
