1. About Kai-Signals
Kai-Signals is an algorithmic signal distribution service operated by Kai-Signals, Unipessoal Lda ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Portugal. We distribute non-personalised investment recommendations under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Kai-Signals you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Service Description
Kai-Signals provides algorithmic trading signals to subscribers on an identical, non-personalised basis within each subscription plan tier. Signals are not tailored to any individual subscriber's financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.
4. Eligibility
The service is available only to persons resident in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) who are at least 18 years of age.
5. Subscription and Pricing
Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of account creation without giving any reason ("cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, contact us at complaints@kai-signals.com before the period expires. Once you have expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal.
7. Free Trial
During the free trial period no charge is made. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
9. Not Investment Advice
Signals distributed by Kai-Signals are non-personalised investment recommendations as defined under MAR. They are not personalised investment recommendations adapted to any individual's circumstances. We do not manage client portfolios or provide financial planning services. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Past performance of signals is not a reliable indicator of future results.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, methodology, algorithms, and software comprising Kai-Signals are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) resell or redistribute signals; (b) use the service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the signal methodology; (d) share account credentials.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection rules confer jurisdiction on the courts of your country of residence.
14. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR purposes is complaints@kai-signals.com.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
