What We Do
We receive algorithmic signals from an external system and broadcast them identically to all subscribers on the same plan tier. Three signal types are covered:
- Bullish entry — a positive market pattern has been identified on an S&P 500 constituent
- Long exit — the entry condition for a tracked signal has concluded
- Congress disclosure — a US congressional trading disclosure has been filed for an S&P 500 constituent
Our Asset Universe
Signals cover S&P 500 constituents — large-cap US equities tracked by the S&P 500 index. Our subscribers are based in the EU and EEA; the instruments analysed are US equities, not European equities.
Who This Is For
Kai-Signals is designed for retail and professional investors in the EU and EEA who want algorithmic signal data as one input in their own research and decision-making. Signals are non-personalised and do not take into account individual circumstances.
Transparency First
Every signal carries a disclosure statement. Our methodology is documented and version-controlled. Our signals are non-personalised investment recommendations under EU MAR — not investment advice. See our Methodology and Regulatory Status pages for full detail.
